「I am so glad that we stayed her before my friends wedding. Plenty of space to move around. 」

「Nice area, easy access to lots of places to visit. A lot of bedrooms, great for a group. There are a few upgrades needed but nothing that affected our stay. Would rent here again. Yo let us check in early since we had an early flight. That helped us a lot. 」

「The property was convenient to public transit, a nice park, and Dunkin Donuts. It has two televisions, so no need to compromise on the channel to watch 」

「Great little 2 bedroom, 1 bath quarters for staying just outside DC. We took the metro into the city every day and the instructions given by Hugh are so informative and detailed, you can't go wrong! Hugh is also very responsive and a great resource during your trip. Would definently stay again!!」

「This is a very tastefully updated townhouse in a super convenient location. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, the towels were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again.」

「We had a wonderful stay. Place was comfortable and clean. It was a vlose walk to bus station to metro station to take red line into dc. They responded quickly to any messages I sent. I was very pleased.」

「Terrible owner- terrible communication, terrible stay all around. BEWARE of this OWNER- they have a number of suites in the area and they get you to commit then they are not helpful or responsive. SERVICE SUCKS I have asked to speak to a manager everyday and they refuse」

「Emilie is a great host, her warm communication and responsiveness were greatly appreciated! We stayed for a weekend in April for a family birthday in the area. The unit was very clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for our family with children as well as 2 extended family members to stay with us. The location is great, close to all kinds of grocery stores and restaurants. It also is a short drive from the Metro station, we took the family for a fun day at the museums and monuments in DC...

「We had a multi-generational family vacation at this property. The grandkids loved the pool. We had several questions and the owner was prompt to respond and address an issue or two (nothing major). We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a very quiet neighborhood, yet close to several restaurants, etc. We traveled into DC most days - and with traffic and construction - it was about 35-40 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. We enjoyed our vacation very much!」

「First, Christina and Emilio are excellent hosts. So nice! And there are lots of little touches that make staying nicer. Such as bandaids in the bathroom when I cut my arm and k-cups for morning coffee. Great communication and very friendly. The neighborhood is great and I felt completely safe. We had a friend come pick us up for dinner and he was so impressed with the neighborhood we chose, having lived in DC for a bit and knowing the area. Thank You, Jesus, for that - we had no idea where to...
