"Very nice place to stay and walk"

"Zuerst will ich sagen dass die Besitzerin sehr Freundlich und nett war zu uns. Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht sehr sauber und nicht gepflegt. Die Türen könnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden von Innen und von drausen musste man mit Fuss reinhauen das sie zu gehen. Wir hatten die 4-te "Haus" in der Reihe und die war fast 300 m von WC und Dusche entfernt. Horror wenn man in der Nacht aufs Klo gehen muss, und Spinnen haben bereits überall Netzt gespannt. "What a relaxing time we had! The ducks come up in the morning and beg to join you for breakfast. People smile and waive in the boats passing by and even a load of cows on a boat came by. We can’t say enough about this lovely rental. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! The finishes were all high end and the relaxation you feel on entering this place is priceless! Make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. We’re so glad we came"

"We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay."
