「Super Check in total easy, Ausstattung modern und sauber - alles da was man braucht vom Grill bis Schaukel Trampolin und einem großen Pool auf dem Gelände. Einkaufen ist im Ort möglich und die Lage fanden wir toll weil ruhig und wunderschöne Siedlung - wir kommen gerne wieder 」

「My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. Staying at The July - Boat & Co is likely to become one of my fondest...

「Clean apartment Good services Good staff Nearby supermarket Good for family and friends and pets!! Good view from the apartment But one thing is our heater is broken, keep boiling up the temperature, so hot!! Need to take tram to city center but just 5 stops 」

「Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. Despite the fact that the washroom and the bathroom were separate, it was brilliant that they have provided enough towels and shower gels. The island in the living room was convenient for cooking as well. 」

「To stay is wonderful! Stylish interior, bed is very comfortable, furniture in the state is very nice! The room is all well equate! The view from the big window is absolute nice.」

「We had a great stay. It’s far enough out of town that it’s not too busy, but still plenty around to explore. Also a really nice walk into town in the mornings! It was clean, comfy and balcony was lovely. Did everything we needed it to do. Would have loved a fridge! Would stay here again :)」

「衝著廚房選擇這間，有一般煮食用具，足阿簡單煮食。房間乾淨，步行一分鐘有14號有軌車去中央車站。步行十分鐘有大超市，20 分鐘可步行到市內景點博物館。唯一不習慣是沒有手拿的花灑，只有固定淋雨式的。」

「The hotel was very well appointed, lovely smart rooms with a great view of the canal. Staff were friendly and efficient. I stayed three nights whilst working in the city and for that purpose it was amazing value. Cycle links to the centre are very easy and it took me 10 minutes to pedal to the city centre. Highly recoomend for work or holiday.」

「We stayed 9 nights at BOB W Oosterpark in May 2025 and had a lovely experience. The hotel is very modern inside, the beds are comfortable, there is a shared kitchen with all necessities for longer stay. The water pressure in the showers is excellent. Hotel is very clean and spacious, and location is close to trams, great restaurants and shopping. The area is very walkable and local bakeries have incredible selection of sweets and great coffee. We got to meet few of the staff members and they...

「The apartment is located in an area full of arts and cultural things. There are many workshops there for arts, design, music and dancing. Spent a half day walk, and you will love to see all these things.」

「Tolle Unterkunft, sollte jeder mal gemacht haben. Die Stadt ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Wirklich toll dort. Sehr herzlicher, lieber Empfang. Würde direkt wieder hin fahren. 」

Disappointing service

"I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "
