"A really good hotel in a great location - right next to the main street with restaurants and shops and across the road from the monastery. Rooms were large and comfortable, very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent - super fresh with lots of choice, warm waffles made on request were excellent. Highly recommended. "

"Absolutely wonderful, probably the best hotel in Katowice in terms of customer service and cleanliness. The reception goes out of their way to accommodate every possible request and the housekeeping team leaves the rooms genuinely spotless. I’ve been to many hotels around the world and in Katowice, and this one is definitely the cleanest. It could do with a little revamp of facilities within rooms (updated TVs to include next flux, contactless charging points etc.) but it’s more so a personal preference rather than a major issue. I’ll definitely be back."
