「Great staff, tidy accomadation,comfy beds and great location」

「We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful.」

「The property is located within a peaceful golf course setting, offering a quiet and scenic environment. Driving from Karuizawa JR Station takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Please note that the road leading to the hotel can be quite dark at night, so extra caution is recommended when driving. We stayed in Room 113, which includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 「The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy.」

「Great place」

「15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.」
