"A large hotel with a ton of guests. Great hotel and great staff. Only feedback would be for the hotel to create more dinner and breakfast “start times” to avoid the massive rushes in the dining area that created a feeding frenzy with some disgruntled people. Seemed unlike most Japanese experiences. "

"Rooms are clean, enough space for 2 persons and luggages (we rent 2 rooms for a family of 3).Beds are comfy. We can see the castle through the window of our rooms Staffs are polite. The location is convenient 10mn walking from the train station and ~10mn to the Matsumoto castle and the main street and the old town. The hotel has a small bath for men & women. Nothing to complain about."

"Great location and ski in ski out. Small but comfortable room for family of 4, Onsen is a blessing! It’s a little tired, super busy hotel. Outrageously priced buffet dinner, go elsewhere. Free shuttle makes that easy, but make sure you book all offsite options. "

"Need to walk quite a distance from Nagano Station, along the way, you will find Family Mart and Lawson. A quiet and peaceful street in the morning. The view was good from the breakfast area, but my room view is facing the cemetery, though. The overall hotel vibe gives me a 90s feel, but it's clean and tidy.
