Teri made the process of checking in, staying and checking out as easy as possible and the least stressful of any other places that I have stayed in. 「Left a day early due to cleanliness issues. Host did not respond to timely explanation of issues and refused to refund cleaning fee for unclean space, let alone the night we didn't start. I found an excrement mark on my towel. Anyone with pets or children knows this washes out, thus I can only conclude that my bath towel was unwashed. Spare towels also dirty. Floors dirty and in bad repair. Long hair left in tub. I respectfully submitted my concerns to the host as is required and was ignored/not...

「My 17 year old daughter and I enjoyed staying at this location. We felt safe and it was a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and cozy. It cooled off very well with the evaporated cooler. The communication with the owner was great too.」

「This is probably the nicest property we've ever stayed in. It's located two blocks from the plaza of old Mesilla, is very easy to find, and has dedicated parking for two vehicles. Inside is a single large room with a queen bed, a full sitting area, a dining table that seats four, and a full kitchen with a coffemaker AND coffee. The bathroom is comfortable and there's a little washer-dryer to round it out. AND, we were taking notes on the decor! Cute, convenient and VERY comfortable.」
