"We have been staying at Deerhurst almost every year and love coming back. But few things for families to know - there is no microwave, kettle and decent fridge (fits few cans at the most) which are must when you have kids. Also, nearest Tim’s, McD etc are 7 km (10 min drive). Pls carry ice box, ice is available on every floor. There is crepe station near Bayshore) which is good but pricey (value of convenience). Nearby lake, kayaks, canoe, warm water outdoor pool, jacuzzi….fun never ends. Service is great, amenities are awesome, just enjoy!!!"

"A pretty standard hotel but what set it apart was how quiet the room was, even next to the elevator, and the super comfortable bed. Nice breakfast selection. Better than other hotels in this class."
