“Fantastic location with great views of surrounding countryside, situated just outside of a picturesque village. The bell tent was lovely very clean and bright, with good ventilation and a comfortable bed. The shower and toilet was adjacent to our tent and was very clean also. Jim the owner was very helpful providing lots of information prior to arrival and during our stay to ensure we had a great time.I would definitely recommend booking a stay here.Mark”

“My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area.”

“We had an utterly fabulous stay at the Old Rectory. We stayed with family over our wedding weekend and it made for a really special weekend with family in a gorgeous setting making lots of fabulous memories.Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and Kim, and we were really encouraged to make ourselves at home and to enjoy the house as own own.The house was very well stocked with everything we could need or think of. “Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. But the stay was good for us as we made use of the local area and the house was nice it just wasn’t spotless for a deep clean. We were able to check out at 12 instead of 10am only because we sent evidence of the fact that we……
