「Nice room with a good bathroom, would have been better if the smaller shower head had somewhere to rest on, otherwise you have to hold whilst showering when you don’t wish to use rain shower. Good breakfast with a view over Silverstone track, however some foods were clearly left over from the day before (fresh fruit salad was fresh two days before our stay). Lovely swimming pool and the gym, but got really put off from working out as a creepy guy in the was making really loud sex noises...

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「Fabulous grand manor that’s been updated and converted. Good use of glass for atrium areas that feel warm. They take good pride in their food and for good reason - everything was absolutely delicious and at the highest levels, quite shocking for such a small place. But book your seating right away and early - limited seating. 」

「A very comfortable experience with very nice service, and clean rooms all around. We requested for a sofa bed in the room but it wasn’t made at the time of arrival; fortunately the staff quickly made one for us.」

「A memorable stay for the best reasons. If any criticism, I feel the bathroom taps in our room were very difficult to turn, as they were narrow and round. Also there were no grab rails on the wall facing the bath, so for an elderly customer, the process of getting out of the bath was somewhat hazardous. We'll come again!」

「Room was a bit dated, in need of a paint brush as much of the woodwork was peeling. Bathroom was adequate with a shower over the bath and quite a high step getting in and out. Toilet made an awful noise through the plumbing, and a previous occupiers bar of soap left on floor of electric radiator. Bed was comfortable and the room warm. Communal spaces littered with room service crockery from the time I arrived until the time I left. Reception staff pleasant, and the breakfast was the highlight...
