「We rented this house for my daughter's hen weekend the house was stunning in an amazing location with great facilities. We could not find fault with the house it accommodated 20 of us amply. 「This property is excellent for a target market of people travelling for work who just need a functional place to sleep and aren't fussy about the conveniences and luxuies usual in holiday let properties. We were happy with our stay because we had full days planned and were only in the property from 10pm to 8am each day, but I wouldn't recommend a holiday here if relaxing at the property would be part of the plan. The staircase is too steep for anyone older than 65ish or younger than 7ish....

「The pictures don’t do the property justice! Such a nice place and area, although it was a tad dirty when we arrived so had to clean up a bit. The host was communicative and told me all the information I needed to know, was a great stay with my family and friends for my birthday :)」

No Spa and ignorant staff
"Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well, it's not enjoyable when it's cloudy anyway". EXCUSE ME?! No compensation and nothing from the management to compensate for no Spa which is the obvious reason why people choose this place instead of a Holiday Inn... Not what a 4 star hotel service should be like! Will go to Rushton Hall Hotel next time..."
