「We had a great stay at Fawsley Hall - the staff were incredibly helpful and the food / breakfast was fantastic!」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Rushton Hall! The building itself is stunning, full of character and history, and the beautiful, expansive grounds really add to the experience. It's the perfect setting for a romantic break. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially in the restaurant, where we were really well looked after. Dinner was delicious and, although not cheap, we both felt it was worth every penny. Our room was huge, with a lovely big bath and separate shower, which was...

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「Use of the spa was lovely. Dinner restaurant was great too! Clean and spacious room. Great value for money.」

「Clean room」

「One of my favorite brand. You can be relaxed with nice people and the atmosphere. Breakfast choices are enough to fit your stomach.」

「Attending an events in Silverstone circuit. Thought of staying the night in hotel rather than driving after the event. Location is good. I choose to booked a room not facing the circuit. But was allocated a room with a blocked view of circuit facing back of the seats on the stand. And the worst is: room is right next to the floor entrance door, you could hear the noise of door open and close everytime guests pass the door. Could barely sleep because of the noise. It’s on a Sunday and staff...

「The hotel was good, we stayed for 2 nights and we booked half board. The room was a good size, however, few touches would make it look better, like changing the carpet colour, headboard and blinds. The room was a bit old but was clean, which is the most important. The staff were friendly. The first night they didn’t have a buffet, and the Grill restaurant was fully booked, so we had 2 courses each at the bar. It was included in the half board. Breakfast was standard continental and English....

「We had a very long wait in the restaurant. Didn't seem enough staff to cope with the number of diners. And the jacuzzi still isn't working - it must be 18 months at least. Also the hot tub wasn't working either so a bit disappointing.」

「Ok, not bad, very normal 」
