「We had extended family staying together for a funeral. House was spacious and everyone had plenty of room. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough towels for everyone and the owner never replied to my request for two more towels. Also, railing to enter the house is very loose and not usable, which made getting up the front steps unsafe for an older uncle. 」

「The listing is beautifully decorated however there are some underlying flooring issues. The sub-flooring is falling in underneath the faux hardwood. There are lots of holds & the wood is rotting. Cleaners clean with strong chemicals to cover rotting floor smell. 」

「My 3 friends and myself enjoyed our yearly trip. This year we celebrated our 30 years of friendship. We spent the whole weekend just lounging in the pool and evenings in the hot tub. The place was wonderful, we even saw a mother deer and her 3 babies in the yard. Great place to just unwind and enjoy life. 」

「The home easily accomodated 6 adults and 2 kids. Excellent location, convenient to many restaurants and attractions in the area. Great for our familiy get together.」

「Very nice place! The outdoor lighting is really cool with the trees lit up and the house numbers lit up, as well. Only a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on the river. 」

「The cute house on Tennessee was the perfect place for my family and me to crash after a day of helping my sister move out of her house. We appreciated being able to relax after long days of packing and cleaning. 」

「Samer was very responsive. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a little outdoor balcony. Parking was street parking and we never had any issues finding a spot. The location is close to downtown and the Ford Center. The neighborhood is older and they are trying to refurb it. 」
