We liked the ancient villages of Orta San Giulo and Pella, the hikes around Ameno and the stunning views from the top of the Mottarone mountain, as well as the restaurants with great food. "We very much enjoyed our stay. We organised this very last minute and Illaria was swift in replying and very helpful indeed throughout our stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The village is sweet and the starting point for lovely walks. We ate in good restaurants nearby Orta which is beautiful. Even though we came late October early November the kids even jumped for a chilly dip in the pool. I would recommend a stay here "

"The chalet was well kitted out with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was warm and had the addition of an open fire. It took us 10 minutes to drive to the slopes each day, which was perfect and meant we were skiing before 9am, with a short drive home after. The chalet is quirky with lots of different sleeping areas, the kids loved it."
