「Very nice property and close to the walls. Great restaurants 5 min walk away at very reasonable prices. Looking forward to going back for a longer stay.」

「It’s a unique place. The inside has a lot of heritage and if you like old buildings, you would love it. I do! Most staffs were helpful and nice, except one, who unfortunately is also the owner. After we booked the property, a few weeks before the stay I messaged the host requesting a crib for our baby and a cab from airport. There was absolutely no response until the day before traveling asking for our arrival time. Still we had no response to our original request. The person who asked for the...

「A lovely stay in the heart of Lucca! We really enjoyed our stay at Lucca Charm. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Lucca and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, cafés and shops. It was particularly convenient being able to come and go easily during the day. 「Seamless check-in process, spotless room, fantastic air-conditioning (which was very important during the summer), large parking lot for my car, very close to the city centre, would stay there again.」

「Excellent stay and quite spacious! Rita was an amazing host, and her breakfast was quite filling. I’ll be going back for a cooking class! This location is also very quiet and private, which I appreciated.」

「Sehr gutes Frühstück und alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.」

There are no amenities, aside from a tea kettle and tea bags in the corridor. These rooms would benefit greatly from even a beverage refrigerator, which typically comes standard-issue nowadays. There's no fridge, so unless any leftovers you may have are non-perishable, then don't bother trying to save them, and I only bought red wine since I had...

「Check in is at a different building but there is no signage to explain. This hotel had no services like bar or restaurant, which required short walk to the other property. Shower was a handicapped shower with not glass protection in the shower so water was everywhere in the bathroom.」
