「Tourist trap. You will get charged per child $100 per night. You have to pay for every activity. Staff is not friendly compared to other hotels in Colombia. Food is expensive and mediocre compared to other hotels within Colombia. Will not be coming back to this hotel.」

「The idea of the hotel is nice. However, to be an Eco five star hotel, it lacks of many things. Even though the rooms are well located, the rooms are dark and the electricity is very low. It is easy to lose something!. The people in reception do not answer, it is necessary to call them many times before they answer. The restaurant's staff is nice, specially Daniela. However, it has also issues. The wine list is not good, the wine bottles cannot be returned if the customer did not like the...

「This Hotel is very expensive for what it offers. The rooms are small and basic, they don't provide enough towels, and the bathrooms are not in optimal condition. I paid too much money for the service we received.」
