“We had a nice stay. We had everything we needed for our trip. One suggestion, there's an electrical outlet in the bedroom right off the living room that needs to be replaced as it wouldn't hold a plug in place. Simple to fix which I reported to Jeremy. I would also suggest some new living room furniture to make guests feel more at home as the chair and the couch were not very comfortable. The kitchen had a nice stove and refrigerator. Also, ample counter space. Plenty of dishes and cookware.……

“Clean and cozy, well stocked and super convenient location.”

“It’s a super cute cabin. Exactly as described. The neighborhood was really quiet. It’s conveniently located to all the major amenities in Houghton Lake. I think the neighbors were a little too close for my taste. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend this location. The hosts were super responsive when we communicated. Wonderful experience!! ”

“Just went for a quick weekend to visit friends and although we didn’t take advantage of all the cool things the property had (hot tub/fire pit), it was everything as described. Well appointed, clean with fun decor. All in all a cute place. ”

“This was a really nice unit. Not on the water, but within a few minutes drive time to Houghton Lake, and 20 minutes to Higgins Lake. Lots of beautiful trails, boat launches, and public parks. Located on a quiet street, close to stores and restaurants. Would stay here again. The host was more than accommodating, and made sure every need was met. The house is well equipped, even down to a crate for your dog. The washing machine and dryer were an added bonus!”

“Heaven on Earth! What a beautiful, rustic, refreshing long weekend! We thoroughly enjoyed every second of peace and the hosts personal and gracious touches. My husband fished, my kids and dogs played in the river, I enjoyed quiet hikes. Absolutely my dream life. Thank you! We'll be back :)”
