“Good stay overall with some caveats. It is a nice size place, and it is in a great area and close to the metro. The stay at this place is very impersonal experience so the initial state of the accommodation plays a major if not singular role in your impression. The space was generally clean, but could be cleaner. Surfaces that are generally used that should be checked and cleaned between occupants. There is a clothes steamer, but it is practically useless, so if necessary bring a travel……

“This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not……

“Everything was great- except for the unpleasant and unhelpful person at check-in. If she doesn't like her job- she should try something else. We are doing you a favor staying there; it is not the other way around. The person who replaced her later that day was completely professional and pleasant.”

“Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere……

“We booked a 2 bedroom unit but when we got to our unit it had two beds in one unit. Maybe in Quebec the definition of a bedroom is different but having 2 beds doesn’t constitute 2 bedrooms”
