"Our stay in this delightful old building (in the Chambre Quinconces) was wonderful - the location was perfect, in a quiet street despite being so close to the main shopping area and cathedral. The comfortable lounge area and simple but very enjoyable breakfast was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. For us it was the perfect choice and we would love to return if we visit Bordeaux again."

"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). "It was an excellent room for a good price, on the periphery of downtown Bordeaux so it was accessible but still removed enough from the bustle of downtown to have a good night’s sleep. "
