"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Great location, a short walk to the Aigulle du Midi lift, and a short walk to the center of town. The apartment is spacious. Our kids, ages 10 and 12 LOVED the bunk beds. I loved the back deck view of Mount Blanc. We hope to return her."
