"Exceptional property in beautiful rural location. 18 of our family stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed this delightful holiday accommodation. Superb pool, great covered/outside eating area, boules, table tennis etc. Air conditioning in one apartment building, thick walls and therefore relatively cool in the other apartment building. Really super stay. Note for English renters: Towels and toilet paper not provided as we believe is the custom in France."

"Beautiful little property in the quiet village of Préguillac. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings."

"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

J' ai mis une étoile car nous ne pouvons mettre zéro : sale - vétuste - matelas sale ; vaisselle idem pas de possibilités de faire une petite cuisine ; chauffe eau fuit raccordé avec un tuyau à l' évier ne parlons pas de la salle d eau ! Jeux annoncés inutilisables sale de l' eau croupie qui sentait mauvais ! Nous sommes repartis ! Le propriétaire nous a remboursé et nous avons dû repartir sans logement avec les frais de retour ! Week-end gâché ! Je ne comprends pas...
