"Room is clean, hotel staff is polite and friendly. However the hotel has super lousy wifi. Non existent for the whole duration of our stay there. Given feedback that 1 lightbulb inside the cabinet was faulty from day 1. Never got it fixed until the last day we were there. There’s fridge inside the room. Not really cold but at least has one in there. "

The proximity to ICON mall adds to its appeal, but caution is advised when crossing due to the lack of traffic lights. Overall, Arista Hotel has my highest recommendation as the best choice in Palembang."

"A nice hotel, clean, close to shopping, full service spa for Gentleman. Although the pool gets very crowded with locals, so isn't relaxing. Also very close to Libra Gentleman's Club. Girl friendly."
