"Love the location. Straight across the road from Star bucks and the shopping centre. Free access to a gym sold me. Only problem was the rubbish from the previous guests was not removed from the toilet bins, or the kitchen bins, There was a change of towels the next day, but sloppy bed remake. So probably cleanliness wasn't great to some degree. "

"Nicely presented studio in quiet area very close to the beach. Small kitchenette perfectly adequate for preparing a meal, if required, with new Air Fryer and microwave. Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. "

"Location is primo. On the boardwalk and Fitzroy beach. You can’t beat sitting on the deck in the evening hearing the surf 👍very comfy bed. Not so comfy inside couch area however didn’t sit around inside much. 😎"

Awesome location so close to town, the coastal walk way, Paritutu Rock, Iona dairy for giant icrcreams etc. Lovely place to stay and the kids appreciated the toys, swinging chair and massage chair! "Really enjoyed our stay here - lovely new house in a small coastal settlement about 15 mins drive from Whanganui. Very clean and tidy, great bathrooms and even has a butlers pantry. Would definitely come back. Owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with."

The artworks in the house are lovely and quirky; everything we needed was supplied; and everything was clean.
