The communication was absolutely wonderful with the property owners and management. Would definitely return to visit this property if in the area again. 」

「The place was comfortable, but needs a good cleaning. We stayed two weeks. The steep fire escape steps to get into the rental felt treacherous in the rain and would be really difficult for kids and for people with mobility challenges. The biggest problem with the place is that this unit has noisy neighbors. It is in a four plex building and the neighbors below and to the side played loud music and were loud. The walls are quite thin. On Friday and Saturday nights, the parties went until 6 am. 」

「The home is a one side of a duplex. It is shotgun and the front living room has been set up like a bedroom. The mattress in this room is super uncomfortable. I am a side sleeper and tossed and turned all night long. I would wake up every morning and my shoulders and lower back would be killing me. I messaged the owner in VRBO and received an automated response, nothing addressing my concerns. This place has so much potential. Close to some great spots in mid-city, easy access to French Quarter,...

「The house was perfect for exploring New Orleans and going to Mardi Gras. Kitchen and bath were beautifully appointed and very comfortable beds. Super clean. Host was exceptionally helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. It's one block off the Canal streetcar line that takes you down to the French quarter or up to City Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again.」
