「We had an incredible stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better when visiting a student at Shattuck—close to the school, restaurants, grocery stores, and more.The loft was beyond cozy, spotless, and had every amenity we needed for a comfortable visit. 「This was my first experience with VRBO and am very disappointed with my stay. Ironically the host attempted to blame me for my complaint by stating I have been the only guest who complained of the cigarette smoke smell. The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room. Speaking of the next room, the spare (the room w/two beds) smelled like an ashtray. The host has five air fresheners in the home, which tells...

「We visited at the end of January and it was pretty cold. We let them know and they brought us blankets and let us know it was ok to turn up the thermostat. They also agreed to let us checkout an hr later when a family member that was coming to pick one of us up got delayed due to snow.」
