The bed and the sofa bed were incredibly comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep. The rapid response from the service team when a teddy was lost in the cleaning was the best customer service I have experienced. The area has a good variety of options for food and other essentials. 「周邊環境很好，是個渡假好去處。 假日入住很不方便，得叩電話取得信箱號密碼再取鑰，隔天離開得等到上午9:00才可辦理退房。」

「Bel et grand aparthotel pour 5 personnes. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Il y avait bien le nécessaire utile (serviettes, gel douche, café, thé et sucre en poudre, papier toilette..). Seul bémol, on était sous les toits et il manquait soit une climatisation ou ventilateur malgré qu'on ait ouvert les fenêtres... Ou sinon, ça s'est bien passé dans l'ensemble. Merci 」

「Otelin hemen karşısından Cenevre için tramvay kalkıyor, 17-18 dakikada şehir merkezine varmış oluyorsunuz. Odada mini buzdolabı ocak ve mikrodalga fırın mevcut. Oda oldukça geniş ve rahat ancak klima bulunmuyor ve çatı katı olduğu için oldukça sıcaktı.」

「朋友去机场接我过去的，办理入住时发生了个有趣的事情，酒店前台少刷了我100欧，后来我又去找他补上的... 此外，早餐种类不多，但需要12欧」

「Séjour d'une semaine, résidence très calme à l'intérieur mais à l'extérieur passage de voitures bruyant surtout le week-end, appartement propre et confortable non climatisé, seul bémol petit coin cuisine avec minuscule évier, personnel accueillant, sympathique et souriant.」

「我們住的是家庭房，原先的起居室的沙發變成小朋友的床，沙發床攤開後，走道就顯得狹窄。原先的小餐桌也被移到主臥室。 但優惠的價格可以換到兩房不會互相干擾的空間，加上緊鄰許多餐廳，以及離車站不遠。算是超值的旅館，值得推薦。」
