“We had a great stay. Cris is a wonderful host. The accomodations are clean and well equipped. This was our second stay. My teen and I were visiting the area for college tours. Visited Ithaca and traveled to Geneseo on our way home. Thanks again Cris for a wonderful stay. A very different environment in the Fall versus the Summer but still just great.”

“We are a group of 9 (3 families, 6 parents and 3 older teens). We stay in the area every year in November before ski season, for a few big hikes and some time at the waterslides, pool and hot tub. This was the best property of all. It was very spacious, clean, and a very short walk to Hope Lake Lodge. It's great if you have some early risers and some late sleepers. “Where to begin? We loved the uniqueness of this building, and how it felt free of bugs and warm and cozy. The wood burning stove was not even needed, but we used it and enjoyed it anyways! I especially appreciated the products in the home that were either unscented or scented with essential oils. This was much appreciated! The only room for improvement might be a more comfortable bed, but even this wasn't terrible and would not inhibit us from returning in the future. We loved the small touches……
