「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...

「The hotel is situated well and the room was clean and very nice. The dinner and breakfast e had there were excellent. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lovely rooftop pool was under renovations and closed. One would think they'd mention this on the site as you reserve or at least compensate guests by reducing meal prices or something else...but no. Also not sure why they'd fix the pool during peak tourist season and not during winter..? But ok.」

「L'hôtel est très accueillant, une jolie maison en pierre dans un jardin qui invite à se relaxer près de la piscine. Les réceptionnistes sont gentils et à l'écoute. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie excellente ; la climatisation très bien réglée est plus qu'appréciable en été. Se garer est assez facile quand les autres clients font l'effort de ne pas prendre deux places pour une seule voiture... les points faibles : L'évacuation de la douche était complètement bouchée. Le petit-déjeuner...
