"The communication before arrival was very easy and fast. It was easy to find a time to meet up with Arne and Helen to get the keys. It is a very beautiful clean apartment to spend relaxing days. There is really everything you need for a perfect stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and the interior really nice in a Scandinavian style. All in all we had a very good stay and would recommend any time!"

"Wir waren jetzt schon zum dritten Mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus auf Rømø. Das Haus ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Es wird regelmäßig renoviert. So war jetzt die komplette Terrasse erneuert und es wurde eine neue Wärmepumpe installiert. Wir freuen uns schon den nächsten Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus. "

"Die Unterkunft ist eine totale Katastrophe. Überall alte Spinnweben, Staub , Dreck.Die Spüle ist ohne Geruchsverschluss angeschlossen daher stinkt die ganze Bude nach Gülle. Küche einfach nur eckelig speckig abewohnt, Geräte unbenutzbar einfach nur total verkeimt. Betten sandig, Bettwäsche kaputt, Schränke unbenutzbar. Keine Möglichkeit irgendwo ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Man steht im Bad vor dem Spiegel im Dunkeln. Wasserhan im Bad so kurz dass man nicht einmal Hände waschen kann, Waschbecken...

"We spent a week in Michael's house and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house was very clean, stylishly furnished and you have everything you need on vacation. The large kitchen, which is located in the open living / dining area offers everything you need to cook. (Small tip: In one review cutting boards were missed, you can find them under the stove ;-) ). "Die Betten, Matratzen und Decken sind wirklich eine Zumutung. Sie sind voller Urin und Blut . Reichen teilweise sehr unangenehm. Wir waren mit einem Kinderheim dort und haben wirklich erst mal desinfiziert was das Zeug hielt. Für die Käfer die dort täglich durch das gesamte Haus laufen am schlimmsten abends wenn Licht an ist gab es außer aushalten auch keine Lösung. Da es rings ums Haus Rattenfallen gab konnten wir auch die Mäuse in der Küche fangen. Das Geschirr mussten wir auch erst mal...

"Anfahrt war easy, der Schlüssel fehlte aber nach einem Anruf wurde er sofort gebracht. Umgebung schön, abends auch ruhig. Eigentlich alles gut, nur als Tipp: wäre schön, wenn die Eingangstür mit Vorhang oder Plisse versehen wäre, wenn man/frau aus der Dusch kommt schauen einen gleich die Nachbarn hinter einem an. Und die Badezimmertür klemmte etwas....Ansonsten haben wir zu dritt Dänemark auf der Durchreise wieder sehr genossen."

"Die Lage des Hauses ist super. In 10 min Fußweg gelangt man zu den Dünen - eine beeindruckende Natur. Das Haus ist sehr schön gestaltet. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut und ausreichend, alle Geräte funktionieren.Die Terasse, mit ihrer Ausstattung, ist für 2 Personen perfekt.Eine etwas üppigere Ausstattung an Kleiderschränken oder Komoden ist wünschenswert.Wir hatten, auch Dank des Hauses, eine tolle Zeit in Dänemark."

"The property had flaking paint in bedroom looked like water damage. Overall cleanliness was poor lots of dust and cobwebs particularly upstairs behind sofa bed. Covers off sockets in two rooms. Lamp needs attention upstairs. Needs curtains in bedrooms to block out the light. We have stayed at this resort three times never had issues before."
