「We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!」

The hot water has a very bad aroma, sulfur I believe, and it would be nice if it could be filtered in a way to remove the smell. The outside temps got up to about 80 and the loft area got very warm making it a little difficult for the guest who was up there to sleep. Plenty of bathrooms, which was important for our group. The house was solid. Our room was on the basement level and we did not hear any footsteps overhead. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. 「This property was awesome! Stayed with some co-workers for a fishing charter trip. House was clean and fit 5 people comfortably. Met the people at the rental house next door and made new friends. Property has a bunch of firepits with awesome view of the sunset over Boldt Castle. The owners were great to communicate with and very accommodating. We are hoping to have the entire office stay at the Ledges for next year's fishing trip.」

Property was close enough to anything you want to do but far enough that you could relax outside without hearing anything. Will stay here again without a doubt!!」
