“I chose this hotel based on its 9.0 rating on Expedia, along with its location and perceived value. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t align with that rating—I would personally rate it closer to a 6.5. While the hotel advertises a La Condesa location, it lacks the character and atmosphere typically associated with that area. “Very nice apartments in a secure building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood feels safe and has great options for dining and coffee. Maestro Taquero, Cantina La Llorona, and Cielito were some of the places we enjoyed. The front desk is staffed 24 hours/day. They do not have cash, so they are not able to change larger bills for smaller ones; most establishments in the area accept card, but I like having cash for tipping. And they only provide clean towels every 3 days, so plan……
