The service at the boutique hotel is impeccable and the daily cooked to order breakfasts make going out in the afternoon a breeze. It is two blocks from the eastern edge of the main plaza and has a historic, quaint feel. The area is safe and clean, relative to being a mere 10 minute walk from the Frida Kahlo museum. "First let me say the staff was very sweet. The first night of our stay the Main fire alarm sounded ALL night long every hour on the hour. In addition there was a cross walk outside our room that beeped for people to cross this beeping was audible in our room for our ENTIRE stay. The second night the main alarm did not sound but we slept with a pillow over our heads to keep from hearing the crosswalk alert. The apartments were fine, proximity to restaurants was good. I would not recommend this...
