「We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most. 「It's provided very good service for us. My husband got sick on the 1ST day we stay. Their staff took him go to see Dr. I believed that this was a special services for their guests. Because we had to get the boat to go to town to Dr. So thanks for their caring.」

「Lipis Plaza Hotel is very clean and modern. Wifi worked well and many outlets in the room for charging my devices. (Some hotels have only 2 with the TV and fridge plugged into them. ) Included Breakfast was good. 」

「Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad...

「Ideal for early morning at the railway station (arriving or leaving). Staff very friendly and helpful day and night.」

「We booked the delux room but then it was not clean and facilities quite old. If you care about the cleanness , I will suggest you to book the standard room」

「This place was amazing. Private beach for the hotel stay, gorgeous pools- including infinity pool. Staff amazing and the room had an amazing view. I think all rooms have great views, our room was right near the pools so easy to walk to restaurant, beach. Recommend! 」

「We stayed here on route to Malaka and we loved it! Very very clean, easy check in and out and good air con and ventilation. We had some local noodles and spring water tofu and had a hike in the morning to see the sunrise upon the hills. Fantastic and fully recommend Note. Eat outside and do not leave any food visible as ants are quite good in finding it. Accidentally ate some crisps and i regret it. Place is kept spotless 」
