“The property was clean, beautiful, and had the amenities we needed. Doing laundry and running the dishwasher was easy, and I appreciate that detergent, etc, was provided.My partner and I needed to stay and extra day due to migraine, and Jessica was extremely flexible and kind and was able to accommodate. Would definitely stay at this location again.”

“Perfectly located, near the quads and stadium. The host (Sean) responded quickly and clearly. This is a stand-alone guesthouse behind the main home and is completely private, spotless and well equipped with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for guests to use. A Keurig with pods is provided (bring your own creamer/sweeteners). The main bed is huge and there is also a fold-out couch and a separate daybed room. The driveway is steep but stairs with rails help. We stayed on a non-game weekend,……

“We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.”
