“Cutest little place to relax!!!!”

“Lovely property, our only complaint is the couch is very uncomfortable. The host is very responsive to any issues. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back.”

“Beautiful all the way around!”

“Cute little place to stay for a nice weekend away.”

“Beautiful condo just as pictured. Great location! Even had beach toys and boogie board in laundry room. Located on one of the quieter sections of the beach which was very nice. Still walkable to several things. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.”

“Host(Jill)was very nice. Room was very clean but very small. No a/c control in the room. Don’t know if there was a a/c problem it was very warm in the room so warm we had to go get a room at motel. Contacted Jill about the a/c and she thinks it was either a closed vent or she forgot to change a/c from fan to cool. We had two nights booked there but only tried to stay the one night talked with Jill and she did refund one of our nights. Thank you very much for understanding Jill.”

“It is a very tidy and clean house; it has a good location. !!”

“This was my 3rd time renting Cozy Corner. It has all you need for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great park, community pool and Pizza Hut! The host is friendly and quick to respond when needed.”

“My dog and I stayed 2 nights for a visit with family in the area. The yard is nice for pets, the deck has gates to keep pets or children in part of it, there's plenty of seating outside to sit for morning coffee or in the evening plus a small firepit with a couple of seats. My dog was not crazy about the spiral staircase but he is a little anxious at times so I carried him up for bed then we were able to go out on the patio and down the wooden staircase in the morning. Location is nice and……

“We loved this cabin!! Brand new and very nicely decorated! Communication was excellent! Very nice touches inside the cabin. Nice walking around the lake area!! Thank you for everything!”

“We were in town for a softball tournament for my daughter, and the property was just as described. Cold air-conditioning, fast, Internet, and great appliances and sleeping arrangements. My only concern is that there was no hot water for showers. I messaged the owner through the Vrbo app twice and never received a response regarding this. I did receive messages from the owner in regards to taking out the garbage for garbage pick up at the curb and for check-in and check out instructions. Just……

“The duplex is absolutely perfect! Hot water was hot, window unit worked fantastic. Will book this duplex again.”

“The place was very clean, nice quiet neighborhood and close to downtown which was very convenient. If ever back in the area would definitely book again.”

“The unit was clean and up to date, the host was hands on and easily accessible, shops, restaurants and gas stations was only a short distance away, the property and neighborhood is quite and serene. I will recommend it to my friends and family when visiting this area.”

“Our stay was perfect! The house was clean and exactly as described. It was very close to the lake. We did not rent kayaks this time, but would in the future. Thank you, Ginger!”

“Jill’s property was peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay. We absolutely loved, Dexter, the donkey and Willow and Marley, the cats. We had a very nice stay. I would not recommend counting the futon as a sleeping option. The bed in the master room was very comfortable, as well as the bed upstairs. Jill was excellent with communication and everything was well written out for check in and check out.”
