"The property is pretty. The description details which have now been changed were misinforming. The ad said there was a bathroom. There isn't unless you go outside or into the main house. The hosts failed to mention that there are no electrical outlets. Nothing in the treehouse to charge phones, tablets or medical equip. They were very clear on "No Refunds." "First time I’ve been back in 10years. Picked it due to the last time being fantastic. It’s been renovated since and honestly it’s right up there with 5 star hotels! Blew us away! Sooooo great for families with kids … this place is amazing! Staff friendly and couldn’t be more helpful! Thanks for a great stay - will be back for sure"

"Beautiful hotel! Convenient location to areas of dining and shopping! The only thing negative there is no parking lot or parking garage. There is valet parking which cost 59 NZ dollars per night amd on street parking free 5 pm til 9 am. So we choose street parking but then left hotel early to avoid a ticket. "
