「We arrived in Poznan very early, so we contacted the owner and asked if we could check in early. They gave us an upgraded apartment and let us check in early at no extra cost. It was a lovely apartment right beside the main square. It was clean and a good size with a mezzanine sleeping area. We really loved it, especially the location. 」

「No mention of three floors up when we booked. No microwave was also a problem. And the quilts were far too thin. Location was ok for the price. 」

Everything was handled virtually, so there was no need to stop at a reception desk in one location and then drag our luggage somewhere else. We simply arrived, accessed the apartment...
