"The room is clean and comfortable. Free parking provided. Easy accessible to take bus and ship from amanohashidate, and walk within 10 minutes after off-board. The staff are nice and recommened many restaurants nearby. A supermarket is within walking distance."

"I do not recommend to stay in this hotel if... 1). you cannot speak basic Japanese. The staff cannot speak basic English and they were not even trying to use any translator device to communicate with foreign guests. I had to use limited Japanese to communicate with the staff. 2). you cannot tolerate heat nor noise. I checked in 2 days ago. This is already April which is spring season, but the hotel still had not offered cool function of air conditioning. How stubborn the hotel management is. So I was forced to open the window and use the electric fan (when the staff handed me the fan, they did not even wipe off the dust, so it was very dirty.) By the way, as I had to open the window at night, I was annoyed by the noise of the terrible local motorbike gangs. Yet the location of this hotel is superb ~ opposite to the JR station and also a little shopping mall."

"優點：地點非常方便，就在溫泉街的中心，離火車站步行7-10分鐘就到；進門就是各個房間附的外出用木屐及室內拖擺放空間，照著房號擺放整齊很有趣也很方便使用。脫完鞋走上台階也有小地毯讓腳不會著涼，貼心；外出有雨傘以及小竹編包可以借用（泡溫泉時帶很方便）；我拖著行李一進門check in的同時，服務人員就在旁擦拭清潔我們的行李四周，很貼心！房價在當地相對而言算有cp值 缺點：都不是什麼嚴重缺點：沒有電梯（老舊建築可理解）； 懷石料理不難吃但不驚艷所以沒有cp值，大眾浴池很小。"
