I can’t give very much on our stay, because we were unable to stay at the hotel. The experience with the management and representatives of Hyatt I can speak on. I wasn’t able to board our plane due to me loosing my wallet. Right away I tried to get another flight but they had nothing available same day. So in turn we had to cancel our plans. I called the hotel and since I purchased the trip with Expedia they wouldn’t even talk to me. The Hyatt said we had to talk to Expedia regarding if they can refund or a partial refund. I called Expedia, they said it was up to the hotel to reimburse for the stay. The Hyatt said no refund so we lost money on a hotel for something that was an accident. I tried speaking with the hotel and they wouldn’t talk to me they tried to put it back on Expedia. So I won’t ever stay at any Hyatt hotel going forward, I know it’s not there problem I lost my wallet that’s my fault, but I thought they would at lease only charge me for 1 night not both nights knowing the situation.
