Hotel Houze Detroit Downtown
Got charged more than I agreed to pay, and never got a receipt. Would not use Hotel.com again. Staff were nice, but not super helpful. I sent a text to get some help and never received a reply.

The Siren Hotel, an Ash Hotel
Hotel was okay but staff were unprepared. Check in was at 3pm but did not get the room till 7pm causing missed showtime.

Loved my stay! We stayed for a concert at ford field and loved the available shuttle so we didn’t have to struggle with traffic and parking!
