Great location

My family came down for a celebration and stayed at this lovely location in Rochester hills, it was super close to a number of amenities, was much larger than it appeared online, and the host were super quick to respond and insure that their stay was nothing short of extraordinary

Good comfort stay

Rooms were good size and the bed count was good for who we had... However, having pictures of bedrooms would be nice to see ahead to lay out roommates list and the kitchen set up. The management company team was great on the ready with being available when needed, and understanding of our unique set up for the nearby ice arena week-long event.Only comment was check in procedure didn't come in till morning of arrival and morning of departure. But good in explaining the secure door process and then to the apartment locking.Recommend checking the 2 apartment listings they have nearby if have more than 5 people sharing a place.

Bad property management communication

The property’s exterior was not very appealing. The interior was good but the furniture was sub-substandard. The bed in the master bedroom was super creaky. The communication with the property team was not as responsive as we would have liked.
