The little buildings were adorable. There was a lot of pet hair on the bedspread. The toilet seat moved & my butt hit cold porcelain. But it was $50. I'd stay here again.

We came in later in the evening only to stay because we were catching an early flight the next day. The Gale working the counter told me that I hadn't paid yet even though I had. She insisted on charging me again and when she realized l was charged twice she said they would work it out the next day after I've left. She wanted me to sign for the room. I wrote on there that they were going to take care of refunding me the second charge and she told me that she would not accept that on there. I had to sign for the room and she wouldn't guarantee the refund of the second charge. When I told her that it was not acceptable she threatened to have me removed from the property by the police unless I was willing to sign without any guarantee of being refunded the second charge. I'm 65 years old and in all my years I've never been treated so poorly by somebody working the front desk of a hotel. The man that handled the shuttle (Ali) helped us out and apologize for her. The next morning when we went in to get a cup of coffee she told us we had no right to the coffee and we had to wait outside. She said we weren't allowed in the lobby. I would definitely warn people about staying there because the help they have is very poor with a lack of intelligence. That's probably why the room is very inexpensive.

I always stay here when I have a quick turn around in the city. Near the airport, clean, comfortable bed, hot water with good water pressure. This time around, the heater didn’t really get hot, but it was warm enough that I didn’t freeze.

For a 1 night stay before going to the airport this Inn was fine. Very convenient to Airlines Parking which we prefer and the Detroit Airport. This is a older motel showing it"s age, but was clean enough, parking right outside the room door. Restaurant in the Inn was good & also convenient. Check in person (male, name?) was wonderful. Would use this Inn again.

Very disappointed in the parking situation, I was under the impression that parking was included with our stay. So it cost me the same to park as I did to get the hotel room. Will not be using Expedia on my next trip.

Only bagels and cereal continental breakfast.
Heater in the room was blowing mostly cold air.
Lots of bread crumbs or cracker crumbs under the small couch seat.
Gatorade bottle caps and plastic bags under the mattress when I was checking for bed bugs.
Didn't notice any bedbugs but the floor wasn't vacuumed very well if at all.
Under the couch cushion wasn't vacuumed at all.
Very poor housekeeping.
Had to turn on the shower at hot only and sit in my car for a while to get the room warm.
Basically made the room a sauna smelled like pee when I went back inside.
Was warm for a bit but I ended up wearing two pair of socks, sweat pants,a long John shirt and a hoodie just to stay warm.
Long cold night, Continental breakfast wasn't worth walking down to main building.
For a single man traveler that has good skills, no worry , but I wouldn't take my girl there.

It is what it is- a room before your flight. Rooms are older but clean and it is close to airport. Our first room had a heater that made incredible noise so they moved us no problem.
There is a reason they are one floor motel type- that being any taller and the planes that fly directly over the roof would hit them. They sound like they are landing right above you so don’t expect sleep.
