It took an hour+ to check in and then the room they gave me was disgusting - didn't look like it had been vacuumed or the tub scrubbed in weeks! The place had no soap products, a shower bar half ripped off the wall and smelt soooo smoky. I will never stay here again

We were supposed to stay Friday night and Saturday night but decided to leave before because the room was making us feel sick there was obvious mold in the room my daughter got sick from it would never recommend this hotel although the staff were very nice

The hotel was more run down than we expected, and there was a used wet washcloth in the shower. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice.

The lady at the front desk was great the hotel is in desperate need of upgrades and a lot of cleaning. Trash all over outside people hiding in the dumpster corral. The pool was pretty dirty also.

Simply Disgusting

This hotel is disgusting. I had to ask to change suites because the room was horribly dirty. The furniture looks like it was pulled from an alley. I really don't recommend this hotel; it's horrible.

This was the most ghetto hotel i’ve stayed at, the service was ass waited 20 mins to check in, they had an ant problem kept getting bit up by them in our room they don’t properly clean up, there was a half drank beverage in the fridge, our ac was just ghetto. They didn’t offer me a refund or anything for that i even showed pictures of ant piles.

Room has smell like dampness. Doors are not properly sealed. Rain water stays on stairs, safety concerns. Elevator was out of service for years. No elevator for old age people for the second floor. Difficult for old age people to go second floor from stairs.

The saying is you get what ya paid for....well the 1out ofthe 2 beds were broken. The fridge had food and drinks in it. The shower had no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. The breakfast was horrendous. We went down at 830am and there was hardly any food, the drink dispenser has shot glasses for cups. The whole place reeked of pot as soon as you stepped out into the hallway. I mean it worked for us because we were not in the room long (Ball Tourney) , but dont think we would stay again.

Absolutely disgusting everything was dirty, no shower curtain in the bathroom no garbage can to throw anything away, the sheets had stains all over them the carpet was disgusting, water wouldn't drain right in the sinks i checked in at 6pm and left by midnight i didnt even stay the night there

The lobby has been updated! The rooms have some minor updates. What was disapointing about the hotel room: there wasn't any shampoo, conditioner, or toilet paper in the bathroom. The counters weren't wiped and had crumbs and wrappers on them still. The floor hadn't been swept. When they tried to paint the walls, there were paint spots all over the floor. There's a patch hole in the middle of the room that was not finished. There was a light in the room that didn't work. Positive:the breakfast was your normal free breakfast but it was always stocked and cleaned.

Meh.

Window was wide open when i arrived. No screen, no stop, it was WIDE open. I looked on the sidewalk below and i didnt see and blood stains or anything so maybe it was just the faint weed smell they were trying to air out. Door looked like it's been pryed open a time or three. Didnt feel too safe to leave my belongings when i left. Dresser was shot, delaminating at the bottom. Not all bad though, after thorough inspection, i found no bed bugs.
