Front desk and breakfast attendant were not very friendly. Hallways smelled of Marijuana and were very dark and dingy. The room could use some updates, particularly the bathroom. Tub was stained, shower head was poor and water pressure was poor. There was a group of people hanging out outside of the building entrance near our room which made it uncomfortable to park by the door nearest our room. We stayed for 3 nights, and were told there would be no service until after the 3rd night, however someone helped themselves into our room after night one despite the sign on the door requesting no service. The pool and hottub were nice, although the front desk attendant clearly didn't know the rules, around the pool. Told me no one under 18 was allowed without supervision, when I questioned him on that, he changed it to no one under 16 was allowed without supervision....which was fine, my children were both over 16 and I went with them...but while in the pool area the signs indicated no one under 14 is allowed without supervision. It was just a very bad first impression from the front desk attendant, as he was quite rude about it, and clearly doesn't have all his facts straight.
