Family-friendly, clean, and modern apartment

I stayed here with my 12 yr old for a week. We had more than enough space. The bedrooms are huge. Comfy beds. Very clean and recently renovated. Having laundry in-unit was very helpful. Would stay again!

Simple and practical

It you are looking for a high-end, luxury experience, you would be better off looking elsewhere. But if you want the convenience of somewhere far larger than a hotel room, with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and in-unit laundry, this is just what you are looking for. The price was reasonable. Check in and check out were simple and seamless. We visit the area frequently to see family and are likely to stay here again.

Fine for a night

This property is kind of a mixed bag. The neighborhood is nice and pretty quiet and the unit is relatively clean. However, the cleaners missed a few things before our stay and, unfortunately, the neighbors are frequently smoking which filters into this unit and creates a permanent smell. It’s not a bad place to stay but the price should be lower to offset the drawbacks.

On the positive side the apartment is nicely located and it’s clean. We expected occasional noises typical of apartment living. However, we could not get one good night sleep. People downstairs TV is on almost 24/7 we can hear their tv shows clearly and the people conversations and arguments. Seems as the vents carry the noise straight into the master bedroom. Also, the beds to the couch the apartment it self is extremely uncomfortable.The kitchen has the basics but needs glasses that can hold more than 4ounces. Everything here is cheap. Is simply not an inviting place to stay. I am typically not one to complain but I would give this apartment a rating of 4 out of 10.

Nice stay, almost completely

The apartment was just as described and a very good size at that. Overall our stay was great and I would return / suggest this spot for others. A few small tweaks and this review would be five stars starting with. . . Less glade spray! Days after my departure and my jacket still smells of the heavy handed glade spray used by the cleaners, arriving home I noticed all of my belongings were ripe with glade smell. I assume because this apartment allows pets they go heavy on the aerosol. Also, the place was very clean, not totally clean. I was fine but a guest with higher standards may not approve. The porch railing is missing a few supports, just as an fyi. We had trouble accessing the apartment but Adam had a back up plan and responded quickly even though it was late when we arrived. They do charge $20 for a late checkout, even if it’s only a little late, and personally I’m not a fan of that policy. All in all though, a solid place to stay.
