Convenient location to stay for Downtown Rochester and 20 min to Pine Knob.

Place was clean and had plenty of towels. The beds were very comfy.

Very beautiful apartment. I definitely was pleased at how close i was to literally anything i could think i wanted or needed. The host was beyond helpful, literally at anytime of the day.

Excellent Host! Very accommodating!!

We came to Michigan for a wedding. Since our six people included three different families, we needed an extra bed. I asked the host if he had an air mattress and extra sheets that we could borrow. He said yes. What I didn’t know is that he had to purchase both items for us!! Talk about going above and beyond!!! I was so grateful. I also asked if we could check out a little later which he permitted. The host made our stay in Michigan wonderful! Great job!!

House doesn't have cleaning supplies. Cleaning supplies comes 2 days latter. Cabinets in the restroom has a water leak a talked with owner he didn't do anything this problem it was for 10 days

Almost perfect

The apt. was almost perfect. It is quiet, easy to find and in a good location. There were just a few small things that keep me from giving it 5-stars. Some of the furniture was pretty wobbly/falling apart. There weren't any dressers to put clothes in and not enough hangers to hang clothes up. There was also only 1 towel for the kitchen and the permanent filter from the coffee mashine was missing. The frying pans desperately need to be replaced. When I contacted the renter with these issues he was very courteous. He was apparently unaware of these problems and I assume everything will be corrected soon.

Host cancelled the day of

Honestly, I felt the host was unprofessional granted that he cancelled the day of me coming the next day. There was no explanation about anything but "your host cancelled your booking"when I booked it a week of. I messaged him a hour later after, I received a message from him. I called him from two different numbers no answer from either phone or any call back. I feel the host could have worked that out in a better way than how it was displayed.
