不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
The room was adequate but showed wear. There were stains on the couch, the bathroom was dated and quite small, and the down duvets appeared moldy. Room temperature was very difficult to regulate throughout our stay.
The pool area was disappointing. The water was ice cold, the pool itself was dirty, trash was left under the chairs, and there were ants and bugs throughout the area.
Staff were the highlight of our stay—very friendly and especially wonderful with my girls.
Breakfast did not meet Hyatt standards. The waffle machine was set out daily, but batter was never available. Fruit options were poor; the bananas were consistently unripe and green. Coffee was frequently empty and often full of grounds.
