I had a nice room me and my husband was able to relax and it was even full of children for cheer competition and we didn’t have to complain not one time I definitely will be staying there again

We were given a wrong room. Which was corrected by the staff. There was mold in the shower. The heat didnt work correctly and it was -15 outside. They ran out of breakfast both days. Would question staying again.

Room was clean, bed too. I gave 4 stars because if breakfast was awful! They sold out and should been prepared. No cereal for the kids, and no batter for the waffle machine. Hot food was sausage and potatoes? We had to wait for that even, and sausage gravy..how does that even make sense. Most of guest had an early competition so we stop at another place to get food..so disappointing. But the room were clean.

When we got there a little after 3 to check in, we were told it would just be a few minutes because they were still cleaning rooms, it was over an hour. Then we got up to our room and walked in there was a woman sitting in the couch, beds were clearly being used. Went back down to the front desk and apparently it was an employee that didnt know the room was booked and planned on staying there that night. We then had to wait another hour and some change for them to make the employee leave the room and then clean it. There were no towels at the pool, the hand rail used to get in and out of the pool was broken, there was no bedding for the pull out couch, there was no hand soap in any of the rooms (our group had 3 rooms) The breakfast was horrible and the man restocking the breakfast area was very rude and short with many guests. The snack area was almost completely empty, and they were "out" of extra blankets. To put the icing on the cake one of the 2 elevators for the whole building went out and there was complete chaos. The employees just didnt seem to care about any of it.

This stay was less than desirable. Were were greeted with rudeness on entry. The desk clerk(Margaret) was rude, unhelpful, and argumentative. The rooms were ice cold and nothing was done about it for more than an hour. She was no help. After the room was switched, the cards to the first room were turned off and she adamantly refused to go open the door, again arguing with the customer. Housekeeping did nothing to the rooms in between the days and left a trash can that needed to be emptied with spilled liquid without a bag in the hall. The breakfast was cold and of low quality. TVs were very difficult to navigate due to sketchy remotes. The WiFi was good and the exercise room too.

Only one person working the front desk. Away apparently helping someone in the hotel. Had to wait over 30 minutes to check in. Breakfast not great. No orange juice or waffles expect better service at Hyatt hotels.

Clean room (for the most part), breakfast included, only problem i had to take my room keys down multiple times because they didn't work, easy fix just annoying. Also there was blood splatter on one if the comforters.

This place is gross. Our room was dirty, the pool is frigid cold and they don’t heat it (I actually got laughed at by the front desk when I asked if there was a way to get some heat into the pool, showers were dirty, towels had dried dirty crap on them. I don’t recommend this place!!

The receptionist had great customer service skills.

I travel often for work in business,and I must say this hotel knees and upgrade. the staff it was ok Sam gave me and my family ok customer service but everything else no . i went to the front to get extra blankets and was told they didn't have any extra blankets. at that point i knew i made a bad choice unfortunately.
