My beautiful home is on a beautiful tree-lined street of 1940 era bungalows in Sunset Park neighborhood off Main St. The Detroit Zoo, bike rentals, Holiday Market and Starbucks are all walking distance from my home. The Wendland Park is just behind my street. A private shortcut out of my neighborhood to get to the service drive for I-696 in about 2 minutes, perfect for airport, hospitals, automotive facilities and any other work destination! Restaurants, bakeries and bars walkable.
The space
The new Royal Oak outdoor Ice Arena is located within walking distance of this home!! The house includes beautiful pro-level design and decorating from the in-law suite to the top floor, with gorgeous light fixtures throughout. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 with king-size beds, 2 with queen beds, all include luxury Belgian linens. High-end mattresses for a great night's sleep are included with every bed. 3 full bathrooms, including showers, mean you will never have to wait long to get ready in the morning! 2 of the bathrooms are fully renovated. 1 is too amazing to touch the original baby blue tile from 1940! But it also has all-new plumbing new shower head with a handheld sprayer option. The kitchen is a full 100% renovation, including brand new wood floors to match the rest of the house. The house has 100% wood floors throughout. Only the stairs are carpeted for safety reasons. A fantastic laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers mean you can get everything done at once. The huge backyard includes a big deck for eating and grilling as well as a fire pit area and a hammock hanging from a tree to read or take a nap!
