Right in the heart of downtown Detroit. Close to everything. City is doing a ton of improvements to the area and it’s definitely in transition in a good way. Nice kitchen and unique rooms with a beautiful view. Will stay again next time I’m in the city.

We stayed in a lot of hotels and accommodations over a 3 week period whilst travelling. I'll start with the positives... The room was a great location for Comerica Park and theres plenty of room. Check-in process was easy. The cons...the bed was so uncomfortable I had the worst night sleep, the sofa bed which my child slept in was the same and sagged in the middle, was not clean and also uncomfortable. The deposit was taken days before arriving which was more than any other places we stayed at (most of not all took it at time of check in) and I got it back a few days later after asking for it (other places gave it back after check out).

The place was like pictured. They could do some updating as far as the walls having lots of marks and scuffs but clean. I didn’t have face towels and took time to get them but they communicated and considering it being more of a virtual front desk I understand. I would have preferred a tv in the bedroom as well and not just the living room area. But my stay was comfy with pretty much everything I needed.

This room felt like it had been forgotten and left to quietly fall apart. The first thing that hit me was the air—heavy, damp, and almost swampy. Everything felt slightly moist, like the room had been holding its breath for too long. It didn’t feel fresh or ventilated, just uncomfortable from the start. Cleanliness was a major issue. There were visible stains on the bedding and furniture, which immediately made it hard to relax. Surfaces didn’t look properly wiped down, and overall it gave the impression that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. Between the damp air and the lack of cleanliness, it just didn’t feel like a safe or comfortable place to stay. I wouldn’t return, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you have the option.

There are many rugs in the room that are not necessary and are malodorous. Bed has plastic sheets that make it difficult to sleep. No bedroom TV. Needs increased security. The unoccupied host desk was thrown to the ground and the outside should use a passkey but it never locked.

From the minute I checked in with my family, I spent 30 minutes or so wiping down counters in kitchen, bathroom, window ledge, and the ultimate disappointment for me was noticing a brown stain on bedsheets when I lifted them back! When I contacted management to complain about these issues which was advertised as 24/7 but turns out it was only an answering service, I was told that they would try to get someone to bring me new sheets, etc. About an hour later, I followed up and the lady said she was sorry but no one’s at the site until tomorrow! I had to purchase detergent and spend 3 hours washing/drying bedsheets and pillowcases. I couldn't even rest from the long day of travel that I had with my family. Management sent a $70 gift card later that day as partial compensation but I let them know that I felt shortchanged and that they were getting off easy. Also, the location was good but they share building with 7/11 and it’s a hangout spot for some sketchy folks!

Very nice hotel for a two bedroom . however the fire alarm kept going off and I got kept getting noise complaint emails saying that I will be charged $500 and this is the third warning before I even checked in. Also, the fire alarm was going off throughout the night.

Parking in the lot a block away for $20 with unlimited in/out privileges was easy to access and safe. We needed extra bedding for the pull out couch, and staff brought it up to our unit, within a half hour. In unit laundry, full kitchen, absolutely gorgeous city views with automatic blinds. The unit was super clean and fully furnished. Having all the space for everyone in our group to have privacy was so wonderful. The only slight downside was the noise during the night from a banner on the side of the building flapping in the wind. The hosts had provided earplugs, eye masks and noise machines in each bedroom!

Was "upgraded" to a room with two queens. With two people a King is what we wanted and didn't need the second room. One the second night there was an alarm that went off in the hallway or another room all night. Got no sleep.

The room was nice and spacious. There were a few areas that did not look clean. 1. The back splash behind the bathroom sink had makeup stains and the lotion bottle had a makeup smudge on it. 2. We also notice the head board in one of the rooms was pretty stained up and 3. Used the washer and dryer noticed in the dryer vent that it looked as though the vent had not been cleaned in sometime. Walls could use a fresh coat of paint along with the cabinets. It was also very cold in there even though we turned the heat up. Otherwise, nice location and very walkable
