“Comfotable and cozy stay! Encountered an unpleasant experience right before my arrival in the hotel, but the hotel staff are all very kind and helpful, offered a lot of assistance to me, which was definitely making up for my experience in Berlin! Thanks for all your help and wish you all the best!! =)))”

“Scams!!!! Don't book with this hotel. We went there. The owner lied to us. He said it has a new name Arco Hotel and we didn't have a reservation. We were forced to make a new reservation, charged us more. The third day, tried to charge for us for a cleaning service... We decided to leve. I found out they charged me a cancelation fee . I had a reservation. They are stealing people money 💰 ”

“From the outlook of the building and the street, u won't expect too much before when you step into the hotel. However, the room is clean, tidy and bigger as my expected before. Services were good and with nice and caring staffs here. They are always welcome and assist you with smile. I stayed four nights there and it's worth to stay.”

“The wooden floor makes every walking steps very noisy. The traffic noise was also non-stop at night (even after 1am, with window closed). I could not sleep at all and I will definitely not come again. ”

“You ve got everything u need there, okay bed, private bathroom, okay breakfast so for that price it’s worthy, the location was great for backpacker just a minute from the train station and few minutes from the bus stop. So I would say it was a nice experience if you have your budget limit”

“+ Hohe Decken und Inneneinrichtung - Sauberkeit, schlechtes Licht”
