“Some issues with dates for booking but did get things sorted eventually. Would be nice to have a way to communicate that is not a phone number as from out of country do not want to be calling. (WhatsApp or text)”

“Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter. Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The……

“Great room if you can survive the 6 flights of stairs lol - you are warned but it’s 6 not 3. Lovely clean place but take ear plugs as the Wetherspoons next door are there bottling up early.”

“Smelt strongly of damp on entering communal corridor. Flat seemed ok but lots of road noise due to front window not sealing when closed. Was better when i went outside and pushed it closer. Swivel chair bases rusted badly. Sweeping brush was digusting and covered in muck and fluff before we used it. Bathroom radiator rusty, squeegies were covered in black mold. Extractor fan not working. Wardrobe had little space as full of boxes ironing board and clutter. ”
