「The room was absolutely gross, the hallways dirty, elevators dirty and carpets were all stained. We walked in and walked out and did NOT stay here. 」

「The ladies at the front desk were wonderful, very pleasant and helpful. Main floor hallways absolutely reeked like cigarette smoke, hotel needs to hire someone to upgrade/fix their HVAC system because the ventilation in there is awful. 1 of the 2 waterslides was down for repair with no notification whatsoever which was unfortunate because it was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel, for my kids to enjoy them. The pool deck is a death trap, absolutely deadly slippery once the water gets on...
